WARRANTIES & SURVEYS:
  • Concrete floors, driveways & walkways are affected by soil movement, salt or frost-therefore these items are excluded from the builder’s warranty
  • One year Warranty (for defects in materials or workmanship)
  • 5-year Structural Warranty- Home Warranty Program
GENERAL INFORMATION:
  • Brochure room dimensions are approximate and actual room sizes may vary.
  • The location of the house on the lot shall be at the discretion of the builder.
  • Location of all underground electrical, water and gas meters to be determined by respective utilities.
  • Location of any mechanical equipment (furnace, HWT, sump pit) in lower level are not guaranteed
  • Location of air conditioning units is not guaranteed.
